Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes, but you really want to start a book 1. The story just keeps getting better.
Who was your favorite character and why?
This book spends more time with Gary and Alice – both are characters you come to care about. But I really liked “Buddy” in this book. And Lloyd is lots of fun too.
What does Kevin Pierce bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
He does a great job storytelling. His pacing and characterization are just right. He’s not overly dramatic, but not dull or monotonous either.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
When buddy sets out to avenge the death of his daughter was powerful, but then again the scene just before Gary and his family move to Jim’s is moving too. I won’t give any spoilers, but let’s just say something pivotal happens.
Any additional comments?
Just got book four. Ready to go listen.
