Sci-fi isn’t usually my cup of tea but “Outpost Hell” was an absolutely excellent listen! The story felt like an honest (and somewhat brutal) exploration of what our future in outer space could be like. From Earth being a destitute planet that no one visits, to aliens that seek to kill the space marines, to a budding romance between one human and one half human, half cat creature, this book really has all the sci-fi elements one could want! I thought the story was tight, unique and fun to listen to. Wehrlen doesn’t a fantastic job of narrating this tale, bringing the characters to life and infusing the story with drama. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys sci-fi! 10/10
