I’ll start this off by saying I’ve passed over this book countless times because it’s description and some reviews left me unable to commit. but when I ran out of books, I committed and I now hate myself for taking so long.
the back and forth story telling was well done. it never detracted from the story and made everything fit into place. Ryum is a fantastic character who has a lot of demons in his past, but it seems like everyone does.
I am excited to see where this series goes and how Ryun and Zach will handle their history.
