I could never care for the main character and his journey seems really unclear. I wasn’t impressed by the first book but decided to give this a try to at least give the story a try.
I’m done with the second book now and I have absolutely zero idea what motivates the main character and what the story is leading up to.
there were a interested aspect about the story that seemed really grand and exciting, but it was only a small chapter it seems…
over all I’m really disappointed by this book. I can’t understand why it has so many good reviews. this will be the last one for in the series for me
