Had promise, just didn’t get there

I love TJ’s writing style and this book was super interesting until closer to the end. It made you feel bad for the MC the whole time and then threw that away. I really didn’t like the way it ended. I thought it could have been much better. I can’t say really anything more without spoiling….

but the whole time you are feeling bad for all the main characters and it could have been written to have a good ending for all characters and didn’t. I guess I’m just a fan of HEA books.
