This book is very clear and concise and gives a ton of valuable information, resources, and tips to make your business a success. I highly recommend looking into the EOS system as they give tons of free tools on their website and a free session to discuss some of their tools and how to best implement them. Seriously, free. I do not work for them or anything like that but I have listened to this book recorded notes and implemented various things within just a couple of weeks and seen a noticeable difference in my organization. Again, if you want to business, I highly recommend you listen to this, take notes, implement, then continue and pay very close attention because every tip is a valuable tip that will help your business be a better business.
