next books are much better

I read and droped first book of these series atleast 6 times, and just because there are only so much good books on cultivation genre, through much pain I read this book to the end. But next books are very good and has many insights and depth which you would not expect from this genre. World building is one of the best in this genre, characters are good, you really can feel how MC develops through books. Even if you don’t like the MC, he doesn’t like himself much too, and tries to do better.
You just need to bear with first book, there is a lot of questionable areas, which are patched in the next book and even in the third book.
