First off, I need to start this review by saying that I enjoyed this book as much as the previous two. my issue is not with the story, but with the very obvious fact that this “trilogy” is anything but. The number one reason I started with this story was because I DIDN’T WANT TO START ANOTHER 50 BOOK SERIES. Seriously. I have so many stories that I’ve been following for years and years of my life, and I just wanted a solid, honest to God trilogy. When I first read, “book one in the trilogy,” I had high hopes that I had found what I was looking for. Now, after 3 books, and that fun little part towards the end of the book where the narrator LITERALLY says, “it took 3 books to get to the main plot,” I’m completely over it. I’m not going to be purchasing anything else in this series.
