Basically like an extremely sexist anime made into book form. The dialog is straight out of a cartoon (a dubbed one), and the sexism was… wow. That is before they get into the casual sexulization of 4 and 5 year olds. The MC might be an adult in a toddler’s body but his female companion isn’t! For God’s sake.
Narrator did a good job, considering the material.
