Explanations of all aspects of essence goes on literally for hours. There is really nothing but constant, continual explanation of aspects of essence from the 30 min mark until about 11 hours.
WAY too much exposition with the story only barely moving forward for hours on end…
OTOH, the narrator was quite good and made an otherwise totally boring book almost worth hearing.
