This was a great book whether you’re starting a business or have a business this is a great tool to help your business get organized. Each chapter is very detail, with each chapter ending in a great summary which helps you focus on what you just heard.

It is helpful if you’re listening to have a pad of paper to take notes.

Halfway through the book you may seem like there’s a lot of repetition but it is because as a business owner you need to hear it many times to understand that the system works.

At the end I am convinced that you can’t just jump into it you need to take the steps to do it. The book is very detailed at helping you get going, I am excited to get started.
