Had to stop middle of book 3. It starts out good with a pretty good setup for us to get to know our main man and his universe. Good writing, really let’s you feel what the folks in the story think and feel. The trouble begins to creep in as the collapse intesifies. Requires total suspension of disbelief. The best way I can put this is like this – It’s as if these guys are the only ones that organized. Good or bad. Threats that clearly should exist, dont. And for example – if you need armed escorts to go to town for medication, then how is a controlled dispensory maintained in town?
