I don’t like pretty, happy love stories anyway, so this was kind of perfect. You’ve got two people who are seriously traumatized over things that have happened to them. They’re not good people. They’re both toxic. Somehow though, they work. I kinda love that. You have not one but TWO highly imperfect individuals whose jagged edges fit together perfectly. It’s fabulous!
Narration was good. I’m generally a big Sarah Puckett fan, however, I will say that I kinda wish she’d just skipped the southern accent. Brian Pallino makes fir a wonderfully sexy Latino though, so it all balances out lol
