Say You’re Sorry by Karen Rose

Sacramento book 1. Thriller with a touch of romance (mostly in the epilogue).

High Intensity and suspenseful with alternating chapters between an FBI agent, a victim and an unhinged serial killer. Complex and faceted character building.

Edge of your seat reading. Over 600 pages so not a quick read, but worth the time.

I listen to most of this book on audio, alternating with a hard cover. The narration was good and clear with good accents and timing. I did need to speed it up to 1.4 for a more conversation-like speed. My normal is 1.2.
