I absolutely loved this book! it was so original, I was hooked from the beginning and couldn’t put it down and found that I had to replay parts quite often. Not because the story was difficult to follow, but because I didn’t want to miss a thing. Especially, the scientific aspect of the story. whats amazing is that it all made sense and was believable. so, someone did their homework. Yes, there was a lot of scientific jargon, physics, but it was put in layman’s terms thanks to Dr. Reese.
I rooted for Luca and Nox, even though I can’t see them having HEA. I still want them to make it. people playing God, messing up peoples lives and causing misery.The military, government, and of course scientific research companies do what they always do. its about war and money.
some mention there is a lot of sex, I believe it was necessary based on how the Anubis interacted as a pack. as they were created and revert to baser instincts..its more than sex, its belonging, caring, needful, give and take, and yes, even love in a sense. Remember they are of the hive-mind ..I wish I can say more about that. Kudos to MCs for being strong and fighting, though death is right around the corner. I even like the SCs, they have depth and don’t complicate the storyline. lastly, the narrator is spot on with voices and emotions. This should be made into a movie or series. Thank you A Wilder and K Graves for this madterpiece.
