I was unsure on this one – the cover art is questionable and not a ton of ratings but I’m really glad I picked this one up. Really good character development, entertaining action and good pace of growth in terms of power. MC is not OP but he’s not the wimp some of the reviews made it sound like. I’ve now listened to the whole series and really enjoyed each book. Highly recommended.
