Severely disadvantaged boy struggles in society where everybody is expected to have some superpower. While life necessities are provided for all, safety and even marriage is dependant on those powers he lack.
Very good book. Interesting setting, brain power to which main character have to resort. Some extra help which do not flip power balance. World that is stranger by the page.
