In the third installment we truly see that Samuel is gone and Callie is trying to learn the ropes. She’s trying to figure out who can be trusted and she’s starting to question everyone’s motives. It’s nice to see a teenager behave like a adult. At times I do question her moves but that’s seldom. This book was full of plot twists that I didn’t see coming till the very end and I’m still shook! I enjoyed this book much more and it was a fast pace read for me too. The narrator, Sarah Puckett does a fabulous job bringing the characters to life. The different voices she’s uses is easy to follow and I can tell who is speaking which is a plus.
