Breaking Donatella by Raisa Greywood is a dark romance set in the Leave Me Breathless world that I listened to on audio narrated by Tara Langella and Jay Alder.
The book does come with a note “The stories in the Black Rose Collection are considered dark romance. Some aspects may be sensitive for some readers.”
This is the first book of Raisa’s that I have read and it definitely won’t be my last. I was hooked from the very beginning and couldn’t wait to see what was going to happen next. I loved the chemistry between Cristian and Donatella. Their relationship started on the wrong foot but you couldn’t help but root for them.
Tara and Jay did an amazing job on the narration. They both really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.
I would recommend this book if you like dark romances, mafia romances, captive romances, or romantic suspense.
