Breaking Donatella is a story told from dual points of view from Cristian and Donatella. Christian kidnaps Donatella with plans to become her master and marry her and take over the family mafia. Their families are currently against each other.

But Donatella isn’t going to break that easily. She fights the whole way. I love the battles between Cristian and Donatella. Donatella is a strong heroine, and will fight for what she wants.

I felt Cristian grew as a character, and Donatella was there to help him grow. I wouldn’t mind seeing a cameo of these two characters later on in other books.

I really enjoyed the narrators as well. I think they really brought the book to life.
