I have listened to many of Lily Morton’s books narrated by Joel Leslie but this one is an instant favorite. Joel Leslie is amazing as always. I loved Silas for his parts in Risk-Taker and love him even more now. It is not necessary to read the Mixed Messages series before this but I would highly recommend them. Oz is just perfect and him and Silas fit so perfectly together and just make my heart full. This book is low angst, no games and misunderstandings that undermine the HEA yet it isn’t boring and kept my interest from the first words. The epilogue is absolutely perfect and made me cry. I’m not usually an emotional reader but this book made my heart squeeze with happiness. I can’t wait to listen to the rest of the series.
