I have read a lot of Christian fiction, but have NEVER read/listened to one with as much thought and factual detail placed into the story that compares so well to the reality of the current world. Today, it’s March 2021 and I’m behind on finding this series, yet SO many events put in this series have actually come true to date! It kinda blew my mind! I had to look back to find out when this series was written! I am not only a woman, but a Christian, a gun dealer, and though not a hard core prepped, I have mirrored my life in a similar manner of a lot of the characters.
It’s important to me to be able to relate to the characters and this book was well done! Just when I thought it had ended with a perfectly amazing ending, it hadn’t! The Author so graciously set it up for the next series, continuing with those left and I’m hoping and praying that this next series is just as amazing!!! The narrator did a “jam-up job” in delivery and as far as the other reviews in being discouraged that there was no bad language, or felt as though they were “being preached to”, etc within the story… Well… YOU WERE being preached t, in a sense! You may not want to read Christian genre titles if you aren’t expecting to hear anything about Christ… It also just goes to show the close-mindedness in certain readers, in not understanding that a good book doesn’t ALWAYS have to have a curse word or more gore involved, to make it an excellent book! Well done!!! Super satisfied!!!
