Intriguing story, lots of twists & turns to keep you guessing. Love the continuing saga of Rain & Danny, as well as the PTU.

I also enjoy the continuing mentoring/tutoring with Rain & Dakota. Rain gaining more of a handle on his powers was my fave part of this story. I don’t care for the continued ghostly violence against Rain, and now Danny, so a stonger Rain is important.

Once again my only negative is the narration. The flat monotone delivery is grating. Apart from Nick & Dakota, the rest of the male characters all sound alike. There is not enough of a distinct voice for the two main characters.

I am also incredibly confused as to why Jersey girl Chevy suddenly has a Hispanic accent, or why Skye suddenly sounds like a valley girl. Both were a deviation from the previous book.

As always, I look forward to further spooky tales with Rain & Danny.
