I am not sure how I feel about this book. It was well written and fast paced but there seemed to be lacking in depth to the characters. Lots of blood and gore, of course. I found the book to be fascinating for the look into the minds of the cultists. It shows how some people can get so deep into their belief systems that they are willing to do anything for them.
I love this narrator. This isn’t the first book that I have listened to in which he narrates. He has amazing control and pacing. He puts great emotion into all of the characters, even ones who feel a bit flat
