Many people might say this book is for only 50+ employee companies–NOT TRUE!!! This book is how to scale your small business TO a 50+ employee company! Although the lessons in this book take time, it is not for everyone. You need to have a resolve to apply this book in order to get the benefits. This book is not a quick fix for a failing company. This book is a steady constant improvement strategy that will take time but will be well worth it!
