Rough, but perhaps real.

This book is one of the roughest of its kind. It makes you look into the eyes of a deadly reckoning. It’s a kick in the groin, a scary look at what could happen. This is a great listen if you have the will to face it. The characters are well written in, and the plot/s are not out of this world, but definitely entertaining. I’d like to think my constitution is pretty strong. This book stretched it a bit. However, the reality of a SHTF event will turn many into pulp. The people with an acceptance of the reality around them will see some of what took place in this book. That’s going to mean a shifting of their moral perspective. Things won’t be righted for many, many decades to come, and the planet’s population will be down by over 60%. Books like this will be long forgotten, but for now books like this are a tale of caution.
