If you’re looking for sweet, low-angst romance, then pick up and enjoy the seven-book ‘Benson Brothers’ bundle. These books deliver 30+ hours of steamy romance between (and among) the great characters crated by JP Oliver and Linda Kandi. Each book features a different couple (or trio) finding their guy(s) in small-town North Carolina. Here’s a little taste of each one:

“Finding His Way Home” An age-gap romance. Former foster child Joshua meets Jay while searching for his biological family. Jay has spent his life as a lonely truck driver and is thinking of settling down. Can Jay convince Joshua to stay after being disappointed by family?

“Finding His Guys” A threesome romance. Luke, son of the fertility doctor that causes the scandal in their small town, turns to best friend Eli and new friend Nathaniel for support. Will their initial friendships becore something more?

“Finding His Second Chance” A second-chance romance (obviously). Best friends Alex and Griff parted badly eight years ago. Griff has returned to town. Can Alex and Griff forgive each other and get another chance at love?

“Finding His Family” A single-dad, demisexual romance. Divorced-father Hawk and Sean meet while attending a wilderness course in town. Can Sean and Hawk overcome PTSD and an ex-husband suddenly back in the picture to make their happy family?

“Finding His Revenge” Kit, a product of the fertility scandal, has come to town to confront his biological father. Patrick, having been hired to keep tabs on Kit, feels conflicted now that the two have begun a fling. Will Kit forgive Patrick after finding out Patrick’s deception?

“Finding His Trio” Another threesome romance. Victor has had feelings for married couple Grant and Robbie for a while. How will he react when he finds out they return his feelings?

“Finding His Silver Fox” An age-gap romance. Trauma victim Heath is pining for older man Cade. Will Heath’s past make it impossible to have a relationship with Cade?

Each book has a couple of sub-plot threads that wonderfully enhance the stories. There’s the fertility scandal that brings these characters together by shared DNA. The wilderness/outdoors aspects of the stories are well-placed too. The way the authors have connected the books to each other make for a more interesting overall story.

I thoroughly enjoyed Gage McKenna’s narration of this series. His reading cadence flows naturally and is easy to listen to.

I requested a free review copy of this audiobook and have written this review voluntarily.
