No problem finishing it. It didn’t draw me in as quick or as much as the cradle series. While I am intrigued by the potential backstory to the Aurelian empire as it would relate to the Cradle series, not sure yet if this book peaked my interest enough to continue the series in parallel or serial. Recommended listening speed: 1.8x.
