I received this audiobook free for an honest review as an Audiobook Obsession Reviewer and for Pink Flamingo Productions. If you have a squeemish stomach, this is not the book for you. The author was masterful in telling the disturbing story of so many women, except this one has a happy ending. Not all abuse stories have such. The story was hard to listen to, but it was worth it. Learning what women go through and the anxiety they experience was delivered by the author through this story in such a way to open the listener’s eyes to a world many of us will never experience. The character develpment was exceptional. Each character was given life throughout this story. This story had me cringing, smiling, and laughing throughout. Sitting on the edge of my seat just to find out what was going to happen next. Very emotional story and well worth the listen. The narrators were also excellent. They brought the story as a movie in my mind. It opened my eyes to pray for those abused. Of which there are so many that we don’t realize. Thanks for enlightening me.
