I read this and it is one of my most favorite, 5 stars, re-reads ever and I was excited to listen to the audiobook and even more so when I saw that the narrator was Joel Leslie. But somehow, someway the narration just doesn’t work for me. It doesn’t grasp me and the scene with Gabe and Dylan’s big fight that I should have all the feels I just don’t get them.
Things do get better halfway through but not to the level of enthusiasm and anticipation I had for either the book or Deal Maker.
