I rate this book in the same company as I would Jack Olsen’s books. And like Jack’s books, has the master narrator Kevin Pierce. I can’t believe I missed this book until now. I’ve read a couple other of Steve’s books and they’re excellent as well. But Monster is truly exceptional, and isn’t just a great true crime book. It’s an overall fantastic book for any genre. If you’re a true crime fan you will not be disappointed with this purchase.
