I really enjoyed this audiobook! It had a really good plot. A lot of the suspects had motivation for committing the murder. It kept me guessing. Daisy, interior decorator and amateur sleuth, asked the suspects very inflammatory questions. I worried about her becoming the next murder victim. I was also concerned that she would be arrested for interfering in the investigation by the clueless police detective. Daisy had a sweet tooth and ate her way through the plot. I loved the descriptions of the goodies! The bumbling police detective ate stereotypical donuts, but Daisy ate a variety of better quality sweets.
The narrator gave a good performance. She had a pleasant voice. However, sometimes she got a bit high pitched and had annoyingly cutesy voices for a couple of the female characters.
