I must admit, I read this book about a year back and really enjoyed it. However, in audiobook it absolutely rocks! Some books don’t work in audiobook, but this one sure does.
Ok, on to the stories. No spoilers, but each story was very different and very surprising. A touch of sci-fi, a little bit of horror, all mixed in with some absolutely hysterical humor. Don’t get me wrong, each story is treated seriously (left you thinking, in fact), not like a joke, but those spots of humor that pop up when you least expect it are like gold and a million times better in audiobook. Some of the stories I listened to more than once. They were great at work, really brightened my whole day.
