Whisper Forever by C.A. Harms was a cute, sweet, southern romance with a predictable HEA. The story itself was cute and kept me listening through to the end. Maddie and Lucas were likable characters this was their story about seeing each other again after years apart. Lucas was the one guy that Maddie had been in love with all of her life. Her best friend and partner in crime…but he had never liked Maddie in that way. When he left, he took a piece of her heart with him. Now that he came back. he has to fight to prove to Maddie that his feelings have changed and that she really is the one that he wants. Nothing groundbreaking, but it was a cute listen and recommended if you want something fun and easy to listen to.
Sarah Puckett did a good job narrating this story. She voiced the different characters well and I had no problem telling anyone apart. SHe brought them to life with her performance. I’d listent o more of her narrations in the future. I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator, or publisher for an honest review.
