Great story, but the sound effects were annoying.

I think this was definitely a great addition to the series. The storyline was really well done and the progression was interesting. I really only have 2 complaints.

The first was the sound effects. I think they were over done and detracted from the time of the story a lot of times. I enjoy small sound effects for notifications but constant noises for every action just gets annoying.

The second was the daughter stuff. It was a weird addition that felt very ex machina, especially when combined with the oath that was still active.

Other then those two points, the book was great. I’d highly recommend.
