The only thing I found remarkable about this story was the fact that the woman who loved him abandoned a family to be with the murderer and remained loyal to him despite being treated badly by him and knowing what a monster he was, because “the good Tom” was the only person who had ever shown her love. Amongst the ranks of more well known serial killers, Tom Luther is neither unique or unusual. And his loyal lover just infuriated me with her pathetic attachment to him.
