When I bought this collection for a single credit, I figured it must not be very good. But now that I’ve finished the trilogy I can’t wait for further installments!
The protagonist is not your standard player, which makes for a unique story. There certainly are power balance issues but that is almost the point of the book. Overall, an interesting story and good narration throughout.
