Bite of the Fallen: NSFW Edition by Elizabeth Dunlap was a fun listen. I haven’t listened to any of the previous books in the series, but it wasn’t too hard to catch up. Honestly, the NSFW parts, which add on a whopping 14 or so minutes versus the clean version didn’t do a dang thing for me. It felt like the sex scenes were just kind of thrown in there specifically for the NSFW branding. That being said, Lisbeth, Knight, Arthur and the whole gang were fun and likable and I really enjoyed the storyline. I’d definitely be up for listening to more of the series and more from this author, NSFW or clean. BTW-this book will leave you wanting to listen to the next book in the series, so don’t expect everything to be all figured out at the end.
SD Christopher did a great job narrating this story and brought life and emotion to all of the characters involved. I’ve listened to other books narrated by him and he always delivers.
