Charles Lamb knocks another one out of the park with book 3. We find Alex, along with his 3 besties waking up in the same Seattle forest where he was wizarded-away to Windfall in Book 1. What happens then is somewhat predictable with the Windfall companions both frightened and amazed to experience life in a modern technology-based world lacking all but an inkling of magic. While impressed at the many wonders, Alex’s 3 companions desperately want to return to their own world.
What follows is an entertaining adventure of new encounters, magical beings and the urgent quest to find a way back to Windfall from a mundane world realm.
Travis Baldree’s performance is amazing and make purchasing the audiobook worth the credit.
