This is the fourth book in the Borrowed World series. This is another series that I read the first three books earlier on and was so glad to see this fourth book released.
In this fourth book we find the surviving families dealing with both old and new enemies. The primary story line revolves around a few devious characters who are attempting to steal most of a settlement’s supplies and start a group of their own near the initial survivors homestead. As you can imagine, this plan does not involve leaving those people nearby alone…
I won’t add spoilers about how the story plays out, but it goes without saying that I am eagerly awaiting the fifth book in the series.
