This is the fourth book in the Dark New World series. I read the first three books some time ago and I was pleased to see the fourth book released.
In this installment we find the clan has regrouped after the near ending of the clan at hands of the White Stag crew lead by the vicious Peter.
The clan is now focused on forging relationships with near by groups of survivors for the benefits of both trade and security.
It’s becoming very clear that the Empire is coming and the next big battle looms in the upcoming fifth book.
