I was head over heels in love with Oz and I have been waiting for such a long time to get the story of Milo. The adorable and shy Milo who came out of his own shell and became the man he was supposed to be. It was an epic journey for our sweet sweet boy. And Niall, he really was the shining knight in air who rescued Milo from a situation which was really unhealthy and bad for him.
Milo needed a fresh start and the countryside of Cornwall was the place to turn a new page. The only problem? The knight in shining armor who rescued our damsel Milo is his older brother’s best friend and Milo has been in love with him as far as he can remember. What can possibly go wrong when you are frolicking in the picturesque countryside with your dream man who had no idea that you are in love with him?
Sweet, sexy, romantic and vey subtle, I loved the love story of Milo and Niall. This is a very realistic love story between two men where one knows what he wants and one doesn’t know what he wanted. It was fascinating but frustrating at times too. But I will say it was absolutely worth it. I cannot wait for the third book in the series because I need that bad boy Gideon’s story. And omg, I love Oz and Silas are still very much involved in the story. I love my Pika. And Joel Leslie as always did a phenomenal job with his narration. Loved it.
