Collette Davison’s I Wished For You is the story of three longtime friends who discover their love for each other is just what they each need to move forward in their lives.

Matt is the steady man in the group, but looking for something steady in his life – wishing for a partner who will be as committed as he wants to be.

Dumped by his longtime boyfriend, Seb is nursing his wounds and wishing for something better than this.

Connor, after caring for his senile mother, has sworn off love and relationships – but he is wishing his life could be different.

When the three men share a kiss on a campout it brings up all kinds of emotions and starts a chain reaction which changes their lives forever.

A new narrator for me, Piers Ryman’s performance is wonderful in I wished For You. With three very distinct voices for three very different men, Mr. Ryman imparts very distinct personalities into each of these guys. Between the lighthearted moments and the heartrending ones, there are a host of human experiences in between and here is where this narrator truly shines.
