I think about this story every so often, but due to the author’s other completed work, I think I’ll skip any of their future work that may or may not be related. I still refuse to watch Firefly knowing how it was ditched, so I don’t have that to compare this to (as stated by the author, it’s heavily inspired by that series).

The universe is very fleshed-out and the author knows his cast more than enough. And while there are some decisions that I don’t particularly agree with, the writing is super consistent so I could enjoy it nonetheless.

Narration is legit amazing btw, and literally zero times was I underwhelmed or removed from the story. When it comes to voice acting, THIS is what everyone should be aiming for.
