A drug dealer wants his heroin hidden by the dirty cop & his friend, but both are dead now. So now he will search every apartment in the building, kill anyone he needs too & all while holding the tenants hostage. He messed with the wrong renters though, because one of the families he’s holding is the wife & daughter of the cop that replaced the dead & dirty cop! The officer is hiding in the building & found the drugs….now he’s looking for a trade & payback. All this is taking place in an Appointment building in Alaska & during the storm of century. The streets, town & now the building are all quickly disappearing under the rising & freezing cold water!
Will he rescue his family? Will he & everyone else get out alive or drown?
The narrator was perfect & did really well with the different characters voices! He absolutely made this story enjoyable. No mistakes either, that I caught. I actually own quite a few books narrator by Kevin, because I do love his work. You will too!
The book would have gotten 5 stars, but at times it was long winded & dragged unnecessarily.
