This is book one in the series but I had listened to later books so was aware and already loved Dick Moonlight. This book just added to that affection!! At 10+ hours, this may seem like a long listen but so many things happen, and kept happening, that your mind was in constant motion. Loved it!!
Moonlight has his flaws (many, actually) but he’s still the proverbial good guy in the white hat. This time he needs to find out if his lover was murdered by her husband or if she committed suicide. The mystery was well-written and you absolutely could not and would not guess what happened until the very end. That’s just great writing!!!
The narration is stellar and consistent throughout and is definitely one aspect of what makes this a great listen.
