Finished the whole thing and loved it. This is a unique spin on a very full genre. Doesn’t get hung up on the same repetitive tropes as other game lit and I enjoy the flawed characters. They feel real to me and have believable friendships and conflicts.

I enjoyed the narration but there were definitely some audio issues dragging my review down. Didn’t stop me from understanding and enjoying the story but it definitely disrupted my experience and took me out of the book. Characters talking over each other during the finale is pretty unacceptable for an audiobook.

Still looking forward to Book 3!
