Book two is an excellent continuation of the first installment. It literally picked up where the first book left off, Exos kidnapped by an unknown player. Clare is dealing with the uncertainty of her abilities, and yet still determined to find Exos. The storyline is wonderfully written and is told from various points of view. Overall it’s entertaining, witty with loads of mystery, drama, and steam. The character development is fabulous, and I loved the dynamics and dialogue.
Sarah Puckett did an outstanding job with the narration. Aside from having a beautiful voice, she portrayed the characters’ personalities, emotions, and connections flawlessly. This was a highly enjoyable paranormal reverse haram romance, one I’ll strongly recommend. I received a complimentary copy of this audiobook, and my unbiased review is voluntarily given.
