Oh my goodness. This book! LJ Evans created such an intricate, beautiful, heart-breaking, emotional story. I fell in love with Cam from the very beginning. I felt her struggles, her insecurity, her heart-break, her yearning for a boy that was just out of reach. This story was told with pure, raw honesty. This is a coming-of-age story told from childhood to adulthood and was a great reminder of what its like to be a young, naive, full-of angst girl who wants nothing more than to be with her guy. It was beautifully written and I felt fully immersed in this story and these characters. Jake and Cam’s remarkable story was built with friendship, love, honesty, and heart-break one page at a time. Truly a masterpiece.
