I had a good time listening to this detective tale with elements of science fiction and Cthulhu! The characters were likable and the story keep me wondering what was going to happen. I loved his gun! I’m looking forward to seeing what happens in the next book. The story was self-contained tho.
The profanity other reviews talked about was mostly filtered out through a chip Dan Deadman wore in my version of the audio book.
The narrator did a great job and I enjoyed his interpretation of the characters!
